Use this form to sign up your dog to be videotaped at an upcoming agility trial. Please submit different forms if you're planning on attending multiple trials.

All of your runs on a DVD is additional $15.00 with online signup, $25.00 day of signup. Incudes shipping and handling.

NOTE: As always there is no 100% Guarantee we will catch all of your runs. I try my best but I do show my own dogs and they need attention too ;-) If we miss a run you can contact us through the website and we will arrange for a credit for a future show. Your runs will be available on our website a few days following the show where you can watch them there, pass the link onto trainers and friends and download them to your own computer. If you are wondering about quality... we have HD cameras that we use and we were the exclusive livestream providers for the 2009 AKC Nationals, 2009 European Open Agility Championship and 2009 FCI World Agility Championships through our site AgilityVision.com. ;-)
